No. 282 – Erika and Tad

Yesterday we wrapped up our 2013 wedding season with Erika and Tad’s wedding at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Granite Bay. These two met while taking dance lessons, so music was definitely a very important part of their celebration. They treated their guests to three different musical performers throughout the day. Many of their friends from dance class were invited to the wedding, so we can definitely say that the quality of dancing by the guests during open dancing far surpassed most weddings we shoot! While they head off from some rest and relaxation following their big day, we’ll get to work on their wedding video. In the meantime, here are a few highlights from their ceremony:

No. 281 – Yazmin and Rafael

On Saturday we experienced what “Love at first sight” really means as we shot Yazmin and Rafael’s wedding. Theirs has been a whirlwind romance as they had just started dating in June and now by December they were ready to make it official in front of their family and friends. Rafael is definitely smitten by Yazmin and it was cute seeing how much they love each other when they look at one another. It’s always nice to work with some helpful vendors and this wedding it was Sharon Renzo of Weddings by Design (www.weddingsbydesign.net) and photographers Bill and Anna Payne (www.billpaynephotography.com). They were a big help throughout the day and it’s always nice when you feel like you are working as a team with other vendors! The happy couple is headed off to the warmth of Palm Springs for their honeymoon and we are now hard at work on their wedding video. In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek of their ceremony:
