Sacramento Wedding Video Packages
Below are our available packages. We are willing to make changes to the packages to accommodate your needs. Please note that sales tax is additional and not included in the below price. Travel fees may apply if event is well outside the Sacramento area. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Package A ~ "Faith"
Complete Ceremony Coverage - $850
This package includes full coverage of your wedding ceremony. We start an hour before your ceremony, so the footage begins with establishing shots of your location and does not end until your photo shoot is over after the ceremony.
Package includes:
- No hourly restrictions*
- Two dedicated videographers (always company owners Deana & Cael)
- Four HD cameras at the ceremony
- Fully-edited full length video includes the ceremony in its entirety and montage sequences of guests arriving and the photoshoot after the ceremony.
- Highlight video - a short 10-15 minute overview video
- One proof copy for you to make sure you like everything you see
- Three copies of the final video on your choice of Blu-ray disc or DVD
- One Memorable Moment Online Clip**
Package B ~ "Hope"
Ceremony til the Last Dance - $1700
This package includes complete coverage of your wedding ceremony and reception. We arrive an hour before the ceremony and don't end until you do with the last dance.
Package Includes:
- No hourly restrictions*
- Two dedicated videographers (always company owners Deana & Cael)
- Four HD cameras at the ceremony and 2-3 cameras for the reception
- Fully-edited full length video includes all of the key moments in their entirety (ceremony, grand entrance, toasts, first dance, parent dances, money dance, cake, tosses, etc.) along with montage sequences of guests arriving, photo shoot, cocktail hour, dinner, etc.
- Highlight video - a short 15-20 minute overview video
- One proof copy for you to make sure you like everything you see
- Three copies of the final video on your choice of Blu-ray disc or DVD
- One Memorable Moment Online Clip**
Package C ~ "Love"
Putting on the dress til the Last Dance - $2100
This package is ideal for those who want full coverage of their special day. It includes all the features of Package B, and in addition, we will follow both the bride and groom around as they get ready (from getting hair and makeup done to putting on the dress in the bridal suite).*
Package includes:
- Three hours of pre-ceremony coverage with both the bride and groom. Coverage continues with the ceremony all the way til the last dance.*
- Two dedicated videographers (always company owners Deana & Cael)
- Four HD cameras at the ceremony and 2-3 cameras for the reception
- Fully-edited full length video includes all of the key moments in their entirety (ceremony, grand entrance, toasts, first dance, parent dances, money dance, cake, tosses, etc.) along with montage sequences of guests arriving, photo shoot, cocktail hour, dinner, etc.
- Fully edited "Behind the Scenes" video created from footage shot before the ceremony.
- Highlight video - a short 15-20 minute overview video
- One proof copy for you to make sure you like everything you see
- Three copies of the final video on your choice of Blu-ray disc or DVD
- One Memorable Moment Online Clip**
Don't need coverage til the last dance?
Subtract $150 and we'll finish up when open dancing begins. You still won't miss a moment of the important aspects of the reception -- the first dance, toasts, cake, parent dances, and tosses (unless the DJ saves the tosses for later in the evening).
* Some restrictions apply if there is a large gap of time between the ceremony & reception - for instance an early morning ceremony and an evening reception.
**A couple of days after your wedding, we’ll post online a memorable clip from your wedding. Maybe everyone’s talking about your vow exchange, or your first dance, or the grand entrance, or the best man’s toast, etc. We quickly edit that together and post it on our blog for you to share with your friends and family. There is a 5 minute limit and the bride and groom can select the clip if they let us know which clip they want at the end of the night, otherwise we will choose the clip. Click here for an example
Payment Requirements
We ask for 50% of the package price in order to reserve the date and shoot the wedding. This deposit can be broken up into two payments - half when you sign the contract and reserve the date and half a month before the wedding. The final payment (50% of the package price plus sales tax) is not due until after the wedding when the proof of the video is ready to view.
